A really weird common name for a large spiky stck insect... The German name is still veirder: Australische Gespenstheuschrecke (Gespent=ghost).

I have some myself in a tank right next to me now and they are funny guys but a bitch to keep fed haha. The heat lamp wilts the leaves so fast but they need it still.
