You can observe here that, unlike for instance cow or Bambie, chameleons have teeth in upper jaw. OK, maybe it's not so obvious on this scaled-down photo, but they really do!

um... the title: tenor (usually tenore boffo) from Le nozze di Figaro + basilisk (that is, a kinda mythological lizard). I get this kind of associations when my blood sugar levels drop a bit.

I kinda knew that chameleons have teeth, but then I have an Iguana and her bite hurts like hell.

It almost look like it's about to breath fire or go all Godzilla like on someone.

I keeps crickets for my pets and that's enough - a male Mediterranean cricket sounds like bloody burglar alarm. I'm not too crazy about "vocal" animals ;)

The first thing to catch my eye is the color contrast of the mouth and body, but the second thing I noticed is how fat this chammie is. XD Lookit that belleh resting on the branch! So cute. I'd love to pet this little reptile, but from the looks of things, I might lose my finger to the (zomg) TWO jaws-worth of teeth. XD

the other 'leon of mine has much cooler temper. and that makes her pretty boring when it comes to photo sessions.

this one is not scared of me, she just seem to hate me :( .
